食材:鸡腿、土豆
调料:葱、姜、料酒、盐、生抽、老抽、蚝油、蜂蜜、白胡椒粉
做法:
1、鸡腿洗净,去骨,在背面切几刀,为了更好入味。

2、切点葱段姜片,和鸡腿一起放入容器,再加点盐和料酒。

3、抓匀,腌制15分钟左右。

4、土豆去皮切小块,放入开水锅焯熟捞出。焯的时候可以加点盐入味。

5、调个料汁:生抽、老抽、蚝油、蜂蜜、适量清水,备用。

6、腌好的鸡腿擦干表面,放入平底锅中,煎至两面金黄。鸡腿一定要煎到外皮酥酥的,这样不但口感更好,还可以去除鸡肉的腥味。

7、倒入调好的料汁,再加点白胡椒粉。

8、烧的时候两面都来回翻2-3次,充分入味。烧好鸡腿就可以关火了,汤汁不要烧干哦,还要拌米粉吃。

9、鸡腿出锅后,从正面(鸡皮那一面)切块。

10、取一个大碗,先放米饭,再放土豆,把切好的鸡腿码放好,最后浇汁。
